Building A: We propose permit-worthy alterations to assure exits + egress are in place, facilitate the infill of former rear doors, remove security grilles on exits and perform general enhancements as shown on plans.

Building A: This application is filed to clean-out interior conditions abandoned by the former tenants within Tenant Spaces A02 & A04. Existing toilets/fixtures are also to be removed and temporarily plugged + capped for future HC-accessible replacement.
