Right to share. I own this, or have written permission to share it, and sharing it breaks no confidentiality agreement, lease clause, bid rule or license.What you may do. I let BuildNYC store my file privately, read it by machine, extract facts from it (titles, floors, tenants, firms, scope, dates) and publish those facts labeled as contributed. BuildNYC will not display, copy or redraw the drawings or documents themselves. I keep ownership.Release. I release BuildNYC from claims arising from that use, as far as the law allows. I do not release use beyond what is described here.Accuracy and indemnity. I believe the information is accurate. If my statements here are untrue and BuildNYC faces a claim because of it, I will cover its reasonable costs.Not allowed. No security-system, vault or critical-infrastructure details, no personal data I have no right to share, and nothing taken from another paid database or with someone else's login.
Review and credit. Contributions are reviewed and may be declined or removed. I can ask for removal at any time.
